Exchanges

It is your responsibility to ensure the product is returned to us in its original condition, packaging, tags and unworn. We recommend you obtain receipt of postage. The goods are your responsibility until they arrive at our depot

Q – Can I get an exchange if it doesn’t fit?

A- Yeah, of course you can. Complete the returns section on your welcome letter and return the item/s to us. Upon receipt of the item/s. (Unworn in original packing and within 28 days of receipt). We will send out your new sized item as soon as possible.

Q – Can I get a refund, if I’ve changed my mind?

A- Yeah, of course you can. Complete the returns section on your welcome letter and return the item/s to us. Upon receipt of the item/s (Unworn in original packing within 14 days of receipt). We will credit your card or PayPal account as soon as possible.

Q – It's faulty. Can I get an exchange or a refund.

A- Yeah. No worries. Complete the returns section on your welcome letter, tell us whats wrong and send it back to us. We will test it, and either replace or refund, as outlined above.

Q - When I ordered, I was distracted, so I don't know if my order went through.

A – All received orders are acknowledged by email.
